As you know, we do our best to create and sell products that last over time. However, as in any company, mistakes and defects can occur... This is why we try to repair all MeroMero products, whether they are still under warranty or not, almost new or already have been in use for a while.
As part of the
legal guarantee of conformity, the end customer has a period of
two years to request the
repair or replacementof a defective product (presenting a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery).
If the repair or replacement is impossible, or cannot be implemented within the month following your complaint, you can request a refund.However, with the feedback over several years and the low rate of returns, we decided to extend the MeroMero warranty to 10 years. We are talking about a manufacturing defect, an imperfection or abnormal wear of a product. We do not guarantee poor maintenance of the bags, stains, broken zips (if you force them too much!), tired velcro, torn straps (because you forget to store the straps of the Mini-Squamish/Annecy...) or holes caused by too greedy rabbits (yes, yes, it happened!). In these cases we can still repair your MeroMero item, but for a fee, which we can partially finance (on a case-by-case basis).
